About school & library
Schools, universities and libraries use stamps to authenticate and to mark ownership. A school seal goes on report cards, transcripts, certificates and letters; a university registrar seal validates academic records; a library stamp identifies property and records accession numbers; and a teacher's stamp speeds up marking a class set of exercise books. Our templates cover all four uses with editable names, mottos, founding years and reference fields.
Four of the five designs are round: a school seal with a motto band and an EST. year, a university registrar seal with a Latin motto and a center initial, a library property seal with an accession number and date line, and a teacher grading stamp with an encouraging phrase. The fifth is a rectangular Ex Libris book stamp with an owner name and shelf number rule — the classic bookplate format. Rewrite the motto, change the crest letter, adjust ring weights or switch the ink color to match school colors.
Designing is free with no account, which suits a school trying out several versions before a decision is made. When one is chosen, a single purchase unlocks a transparent PNG, a white-background PNG, an SVG and a print-ready PDF. Libraries and schools normally have a self-inking stamp made from the SVG for daily use, and keep the transparent PNG for adding the seal to PDF certificates, letterheads and digital transcripts.
