About shapes & blanks

Sometimes you do not want a ready-made design, just the right shape with the guides already in place. A blank stamp template gives you the rings, borders and text paths correctly positioned so your words curve properly and sit evenly — the part that is fiddly to get right from scratch. Drop in your own text and the layout stays balanced, whatever the wording length.

The scaffolds cover the shapes stamps are actually cut in. There are two round stamp templates — a full-size one with top and bottom arc text and a smaller single-line version — plus two oval templates (one with an address and registration block, one with a date band), a square seal with an inner frame, a diamond control stamp and a triangular department stamp. Every ring, rule and text line can be moved, resized, restyled or deleted, so the same scaffold can end up as a company seal, a QC mark or a decorative badge.

Round is the default for seals and official-looking marks, rectangular and oval for text-heavy stamps that need several lines, and square, diamond and triangle for inspection and department marks that must be spotted quickly. Designing is free; one purchase unlocks a transparent PNG, a white-background PNG, an SVG and a print-ready PDF, which covers both having a stamp physically made and using the design on digital documents.

Frequently asked questions

What size is a standard round stamp?

Round stamps are commonly 38 to 42 mm (about 1.5 in) across, with smaller 25 to 30 mm versions for tags and initials. The SVG is vector, so any size can be produced from the same file.

Can I start completely from scratch?

The blank scaffolds are the closest thing — they give you the rings and text paths in position, and you can delete anything you do not want before adding your own elements.

Which shape should I choose?

Round and oval look official and suit curved names; rectangular fits more lines of text in a small space; square, diamond and triangle stand out for control and department marks.
