Doctor & Medical Stamp Maker

A doctor stamp identifies the clinician on prescriptions, referrals, certificates, lab requests and case notes, so anyone reading the record knows who signed it and under which registration. The standard content is the practitioner's name, their qualifications, and a medical council or board registration number; clinic and hospital stamps add the facility name, department and location instead. Our medical stamp templates leave every one of those lines editable, including the qualification string that differs from country to country.

Formats in the library cover both shapes that get used in practice. Rectangular designs include a doctor name and registration stamp and a pharmacy stamp with an Rx mark, license number and address line. Round designs include a clinic seal, a hospital department seal with a department code, a cardiology stamp with a pulse motif and a veterinary clinic stamp with a phone line. Emblems, rings and ink colors are all adjustable — blue and black are the usual choices for clinical paperwork.

Designing is free; a single purchase unlocks a transparent PNG, a white-background PNG, an SVG and a print-ready PDF. Practices generally use the SVG to have a self-inking stamp made for paper prescriptions and notes, and the transparent PNG to apply the same mark to PDF letters, e-referrals and certificates, so the physical and digital versions match exactly.
