Office Stamp Maker

Office stamps are the shorthand of paperwork: they show at a glance that an invoice was PAID, a document was APPROVED, a delivery was RECEIVED, a page is a COPY or a DRAFT, or that a file is CONFIDENTIAL. Because they are read across a desk rather than up close, the word does the work — large, bold, usually in a box or a double rule, with a date or initials field underneath where the process needs a record of who and when.

Round designs cover VERIFIED with a date band, RECEIVED with your organization name curved around it, and a QC PASSED inspector stamp, plus a REJECTED design on a diamond field. Change the word to anything you need — the layout re-centers as you type.

Red is the conventional ink for rejection and urgency marks, green or blue for approvals, and the color picker covers all of them. Designing is free and unlimited; one purchase unlocks a transparent PNG, a white-background PNG, an SVG and a print-ready PDF. Most offices order a self-inking stamp from the SVG and keep the transparent PNG on hand for marking PDFs and scans without printing anything.
